1. Fill out the return/exchange form
The deadline for returns is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You will download the form.

2. Ship the returned product in a convenient manner
It is important that the returned products have all labels and are in perfect condition. Send the product along with the form to:

We recommend shipping by courier. We do not accept COD shipments or those to a pick-up point (parcel post, DPD, Pickup, etc.). We also discourage the Polish Post Office – such shipping will be at your own risk. The cost of return will be borne by the Buyer.
3. Receive the new product or payment due
The lead time is 14 days from acceptance of the return.
